Cathy was amazing !! Outstanding and Understanding. An amazing Professional. She made what usually a stressful situation , totally Stress Free. Too bad she does not sell homes personally in Colorado , or we would have used her for that Too. I recommend her 150%. You cannot improve on Perfection.

Since I live out of state, Catherine Razzano was very helpful in finding contractors and working with them to do some home improvements prior to listing the house. Catherine also kept an eye on the vacant house since we were unable to do so. I appreciate the extra effort that Catherine gave us when we were selling the house. She had good suggestions on staging the house, provided us with excellent referrals to trustworthy contractors, and was great at communicating during the sales process.

Catherine Razzano was recommended personally by our insurance broker, Phil Wulff Allstate in Seaford, NY. We value their opinion and so contacted Catherine. She immediately responded and made an appointment to come to our house. Catherine is very knowledgeable about the housing market in our area. She discussed with us how to best prepare the house for sale - repainting rooms to freshen their appearance, having new polyurethane applied to the wood floors, etc. We had recently sold our beach house, and understood the concept of "decluttering". When we started the sale process, the house was actually empty (we had already moved) and all the work had been completed. Catherine sent out the house's details to other realtors on Friday. Open house started Saturday. On Monday, we had a firm offer for more than we had anticipated. Catherine recommended an excellent real estate lawyer, Orlando Morales, who handled everything. Catherine kept us abreast of all aspects of the sale, and Orlando did also. The closing was as smooth as silk. We would very strongly recommend Catherine Razzano of Coldwell Banker - East Meadow to anyone and everyone looking to sell property in Nassau County and eastern Suffolk County.

I was referred to Cathy by my sister and brother in-law. My fiancé and I had lots of wants and needs on our wish list and Cathy took the time to personalize a multiple listing/Century 21 view that would match our wish list to houses up for sale. My boyfriend and I reached out to Cathy from Century 21 around September of 2014 when we decided we no longer wanted to rent and wanted a place of our own to call "home".
